Kuwait Grand Hotel

It was a wonderful experience. Everything was more than excellent. The service was fast, the place was clean and quiet, and the staff did not cause any disturbance, which was great. I would also like to thank Aileen – Kikasha – Mary the team for their warm and excellent reception

We have a very great experience staying on this hotel ..we love the pool so much coz it’s warm perfect for winter. And of course the staffs are very accommodating and friendly esp miss ailene and miss Mary in the reception. And the staff in the pool presca she’s very attentive and helpful. All staffs here are all good. We love here! Thank you grand hotel . We will surely come back here. Thanks also for the discount since it’s our second time here. God Bless

The place is nice, with good ambiance. The food is delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast. The staffs are accommodating, attentive and respectful, especially Monalisa. Might come back again.

We stayed at @kwtgrandhotel for 3 days in one of the most beautiful areas of Kuwait. We especially loved the breakfast and the view. We are checking out today, but we are leaving very happy. One of the reasons our trip was so enjoyable was this wonderful hotel experience. I will share more details about the hotel later so you can save it. Highly recommended!

Excellent Experience at the Grand Hotel, I recently dined at the main restaurant on the first floor of the Grand Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. The dishes were delicious, well-presented, and the flavors were balanced. A special commendation to Mr. Jabin, whose exceptional service elevated our experience. This is our second time celebrating my wife’s birthday at the Kuwait Grand Hotel, and once again, they made it truly special for us. We would like to sincerely thank Mary, Aileen and Umeesh and the entire hotel staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly appreciate the complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea view room, it made the celebration even more memorable. They also allowed us early check-in and late check-out, which we are very grateful for. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and perfectly arranged. Thank you for always helping us create wonderful birthday memories. We will definitely come back again!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place is very clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding, with great attention to detail from check-in to check-out. I would like to give a special thanks to the amazing team, especially Mr. Mohamed reyaz , Kennedy , Sabrina and all the staff who was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. He truly made my stay much more enjoyable. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Salmiya in Kuwait. The location is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What really stood out to me was the amazing service from the staff — everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mohammad, the bellboy, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. I also want to mention Jai at the reception — he was truly amazing, very professional, friendly, and made the check-in and overall experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait. If you’re looking for comfort, great hospitality, and excellent customer service, this is definitely a place worth staying.
